Aicare The Label is looking for a passionate and skilled Professional Barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee drinks and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with high quality and accuracy.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide a pleasant experience.,Manage inventory and restock coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe workspace.,Assist in training new baristas and maintaining high standards of coffee quality.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
