📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead client success initiatives, ensuring seamless project delivery and driving client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement client success strategies to enhance client retention and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor client projects, identify potential issues, and proactively address them to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions and digital transformation services.
• Conduct regular client feedback sessions to gather insights and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and business solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role in the digital transformation or business solutions industry.
• Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and business solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
