📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that all dishes are made to the highest standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
