📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of marketing staff to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our electronics products and services.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on marketing performance and customer feedback.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
Train and develop marketing staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the electronics industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch profitability.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with marketing software such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
