📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international K3 regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of national and international K3 regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
