📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Troubleshoot and resolve network and hardware issues
• Provide technical assistance to users and departments
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
• Monitor and maintain network performance and security
• Document and report on IT issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT solutions
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and ticketing systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus
