As an Industrial Relation Intern at MAP, you will be responsible for supporting the Industrial Relations team in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. You will have the chance to work with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and government agencies, to resolve workplace issues and maintain a harmonious work environment.

This internship is perfect for students or recent graduates with a background in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. You will gain valuable experience in industrial relations, labor law, and employee relations, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
• Support the Industrial Relations team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Conduct research and analysis on labor market trends and best practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee welfare programs
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and government agencies
• Prepare reports and presentations on industrial relations matters
• Participate in training and development programs for employees
• Contribute to the development of industrial relations policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
