As an Inventory Control Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, ensuring that our stock levels are accurately maintained and that our inventory management systems are functioning optimally. You will work closely with our team to implement best practices for inventory control, and you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems, such as SAP or Oracle
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Train and mentor junior staff members on inventory control best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Certification in inventory management, such as CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or APICS (Association for Operations Management)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Epicor
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
