As a Marketing & Leasing Mall Specialist, you will work closely with our retail partners, developers, and marketing teams to ensure our mall remains a top destination in Jakarta Raya.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic and increase sales. You will also be involved in the leasing process, identifying potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements that benefit both our mall and our retail partners. With a competitive salary of Rp 4,500,000 to Rp 8,000,000 per month, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team in a thriving retail environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our mall and attract new tenants.
• Manage the leasing process, including identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a smooth transition for new stores.
• Collaborate with retail partners, developers, and marketing teams to create a vibrant and engaging shopping experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and behavior, and use this information to inform marketing decisions.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, developers, and marketing teams.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail marketing or leasing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
