📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT relocation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and implement relocation plans in collaboration with IT teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure all IT assets are safely and efficiently relocated, maintaining high standards of security and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement relocation plans, and ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless transition of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project managers, vendors, and clients, to keep them informed of project status and milestones.
• Ensure all IT relocations are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing IT relocations, including experience with data migration and system integration.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage timelines, and ensure project success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams, vendors, and clients.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
