• Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the data centre market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and foster a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure product knowledge and positioning.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to strengthen market presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the measurement and testing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of data centre technologies and solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar.
