📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the facility and its occupants.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including breaches, thefts, and other criminal activities.,Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to enhance the overall security posture of the facility.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents.,Provide security training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, investigations, and responses for reporting and review purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Police Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in law enforcement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful security management and incident response.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and security standards and guidelines.,Valid and current law enforcement certification and licensing.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
