📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.,Organize and manage store events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting for store expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or store administration.,Strong knowledge of retail management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
