📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer expectations and maintain high-quality standards.,Prepare and present pastries for events, weddings, and other special occasions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of creating and executing delicious and innovative pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with various pastry equipment and techniques.,Experience in managing a team and training junior staff.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
