📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire order processing workflow from order receipt to delivery.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to logistics and order processing.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order processing and delivery.,Participate in training and development programs for junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and order processing.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and logistics regulations.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
