📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Design and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
