📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong knowledge of the construction industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
