📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, decor, and staffing.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of events.,Manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events and client information.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote banquet services.,Monitor budget and expenses for banquet events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet services or a similar role.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of event planning software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
