PT Pilar Mega is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and deliveries.
