🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.,Must be able to work remotely and communicate effectively in Indonesian.
