Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and goals,Managing and mentoring a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback,Representing the department in meetings and discussions with senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
