📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping duties in guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, and pool decks to ensure a pristine environment.
• Use LinenPro to manage and track linen inventory.
• Complete housekeeping tasks using CleanSheet for efficient task management.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure all areas meet high cleanliness standards.
• Assist in preparing rooms for guest arrival and departure.
• Participate in regular inspections to maintain the resort’s high standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with LinenPro and CleanSheet is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
