📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Provide exceptional front desk services, including reservations, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Offer personalized recommendations for local dining, activities, and attractions.
• Manage guest feedback and complaints, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for our guests.
• Promote our residence and its amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a front office or lifestyle host role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and activities in Manado.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
