Apotek Yoga Bangunan is looking for a Lead Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our delivery and logistics services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the entire fleet operations including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and comply with all safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage the fleet's budget.,Handle all aspects of fleet documentation and compliance.,Provide training and support to the fleet team.,Implement and monitor fleet performance metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management.,Proven experience in managing a team of drivers and support staff.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
