Data Nest Jaya is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Parepare. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team or department is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
