In this role, you'll handle all guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins, using our state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS) to ensure smooth operations. You'll also assist with room service, concierge services, and event coordination, working closely with our team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Handle all guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins using our PMS
- Assist with room service, concierge services, and event coordination
- Ensure guest rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for arrival
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences
- Assist with marketing efforts by promoting special offers and packages
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality
- Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, Siteminder, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and activities in Lombok
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
