📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong relationships.,Monitor inventory levels and order status to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Support the logistics team in planning and executing efficient distribution and transportation of goods.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant supply chain software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
