📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and interview feedback.,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
