As a Deputy Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to manage inventory levels and streamline the supply chain.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to develop and implement logistics strategies and best practices.,Identify and address any logistical issues or bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.,Provide support to the Logistics Manager in the development and implementation of logistics training programs for staff.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate logistics performance and trends to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address logistical issues.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles is a plus.
