PT Nagari Antar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for improving processes to enhance productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels and orders.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory control and process improvement.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
