📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and coordinating daily operations.,Oversee the work of subordinates and ensure they are performing their tasks efficiently.,Monitor and report on the progress of projects and tasks.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.,Handle administrative tasks and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees.,Provide support to the Captain in decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with company policies and procedures.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
