📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in the assigned region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
